2006年、川崎昭（ドラム）と清田敦（ピアノ、キーボード）によりmouse on the
keys結成。2007年、toeのレーベルMachupicchu Industriasより1st mini
album「sezession」リリース。2008年、「sezession」リリース・ツアーより新留大介（ピアノ、キーボード）加入。現在の3人編成が形成される。

2006 / 2007 / 2008

2009年、1st full album「an anxious object」 （Machupicchu Industrias）リリース。2010年、ドイツのdenovali
recordsより「sezession」と「an anxious object」をヨーロッパ圏を中心にライセンスリリース。

2009 / 2010

2011年、3rd EU tourの模様を収めたDVD「irreversible 」（Machupicchu Industrias）リリース。 DIY HEARTS
東日本大震災義援金募集プロジェクトにmouse on the keys × 灰汁 にて参加。「Live session
2011/3/28」を配信中。 2012年、2nd mini album「machinic phylum 」（Machupicchu Industrias ）リリース。

2011/ 2012

2013年5月Canada tourを行い、6月新興のアナログ専門レーベルRetalkより、第1段リリースとして"mouse on the keys
REMIXES"発表。kuniyuki / Calmによるremixが収録された。 2014年7月Brazilでの単発公演(feat.thiago
frança)を大盛況のもとに成功させ、2015年７月、待望の2nd full album『the flowers of romance』をMule
Musiqよりリリース。
